Toni and Tom Beavor have resided full time on Daufuskie Island since January 1995 living in their home on the 14th green on the Jack Nicklaus Signature course in the Melrose Community.  Tom is Broker-in Charge of Daufuskie Properties Realty and holds a South Carolina Real Estate License. Toni and Tom jointly started Daufuskie Properties of SC, Inc. in 1998 closeing over 70 million dollars in real estate business spanning all of Daufuskie Island. In Feruary 2008 Daufuskie Properties Realty was formed by Tom Heffner, Michael Kuss and Tom Beavor. We credit our real estate staff and our company’s strong attention to detail and integrity with each customer for the success of Daufuskie Properties. Tom Beavor Tom was born and raised in Elyria, Ohio, now a SW suburb of Cleveland, attended Miami University in Oxford,Ohio and after graduating worked with the Marriott Corporation for 20 years as a Regional Vice President in Hospital Dietary Service Operations followed by Vice President of Sales thru 1982. From 1982 thru 1995 Tom was Sr. VP of Development for Hospital Management Professionals and responsible for growing the Company from 6 managed hospitals to over 120 when it was sold to Hospital Corporation of America. Tom retired shortly thereafter and moved full time to a beautiful island called Daufuskie. Tom’s sales and management experience in the Hospitality and Health Care markets laid the groundwork for his proven success in the real estate market on Daufuskie Island, SC. Tom Beavor
