Tom Beavor is Broker-in Charge of Daufuskie Properties Realty and holds a South Carolina Real Estate License. Toni and Tom jointly started Daufuskie Properties of SC, Inc. in 1998 closing over 70 million dollars in real estate business spanning all of Daufuskie Island. In Feruary 2008 Daufuskie Properties Realty was formed by Tom Heffner, Michael Kuss and Tom Beavor. Tom’s sales and management experience in the Hospitality and Health Care markets laid the groundwork for his proven success in the real estate market on Daufuskie Island, SC.
