Oakridge Plantation on Daufuskie has the best beach in the Southeast. Period. Located between the Melrose and Bloody Point communities, Oakridge is 700 acres of prime forest property that extends from the middle of Daufuskie to the white sand beaches on the Atlantic. Oakridge is known for its perfect beach and gentle breezes, and the central location provides quick access to golf courses, tennis, equestrian center, restaurants and more.
Only 53 homesites exist today at Oakridge: 23 Oceanfront (all over one acre in size), 11 second row (a golf cart path from the oceanfront's), and 20 estate properties that are a 5 minute walk to the beach.
