Melrose & Bloody Point- Daufuskie Island Club & Resort is a public resort that includes two golf courses, beachfront hotel and beach cottages, tennis center, beach club, pool and equestrian center; and Daufuskie Island Resort also provides public access to Daufuskie through the club’s Ferry system.

The Oakridge Plantation consists of 39 oceanfront and 2nd row homesites plus a number of large estate size properties that are less than a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Access to Daufuskie is by regular Ferry service, either Haig Point’s private Ferry system available to
Haig Point members and guests, or the Daufuskie Island Resort Ferry which is available to resort guests, members of the club, the public, and island residents. There are several water taxis that service the island and which can provide passengers access to Hilton Head Island in as little as 5 minutes.
Daufuskie is approximately 6 miles long and 3 miles wide. Nearby airports are Hilton Head International and Savannah International. | |
